FireSense TPS Fire Alarm cables (formerly known as ‘Red’ TPS cables) are ideal for cabling between Fire Alarm, OWS & EWIS systems to ancillary devices eg detectors, speakers, strobes & field modules.
FireSense TPS cables are ActivFire Certified and double insulated with a red outer sheath marked as ‘fire alarm cable’, which is easy to strip, install and terminate. The FireSense TPS Cable range was the first cable in Australia to be licensed under Best Environment Practice PVC v2.0, meeting Green Building Code Australia / Green Star requirements. WSX1 mechanical protection to AS/NZS 3013 & compliant with Australian fire alarm installation standards.
FireSense TPS WHITE STRIPE cable enables the installer to distinguish between speaker & detector circuits. It is used for LV applications and speaker feeds/audio circuits (100V line) & must be used for OWS & EWIS Systems as per AS1670:2018.
