FireSense LSZH TPS cables are made from low smoke materials which are ideally suited for Green Star or Halogen Free applications. Insulation and sheath materials used are also low smoke, low acid and low toxicity which is ideal for use in underground environments.
FireSense LSZH TPS cables are double insulated and have a red outer sheath clearly marked as “fire alarm cable” which is easy to strip and terminate.
A white stripe version is available for speaker circuits to AS1670:2018. A twisted cable is also available for the cabling between addressable fire panels, detectors and devices. The non-white TPS cable can be used for some detection circuits. Refer to each panel manufacturer for their wiring requirements.
