The Flush Mount Sampling Point is used when a standard sampling point (E700-SP) will not suffice, due to being aesthetically disspleasing or due to limited space. It provides an aesthetically improved alternative to the conical sampling point and has been designed to protrude the ceiling face by <5mm, whilst still allowing air to be drawn and sampled through to the capillary tube.

The flush mount sampling point works well with VESDA E series heads and allows for smoke obscuration to be drawn into the chamber of the VESDA E series generating an alarm condition. The sampling point features text ‘XTRAILS FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM - DO NOT PAINT’, complying with standards.

Due to its unique design, the flush mount sampling point provides a more efficient installation which allows the installation to be completed from the under side of the ceiling. Designed for secure connection through push fit, the sampling point accommodates the various capillary tube sizes (6mm, 8mm and 10mm) commonly used with ASD pipe networks.
