As of Monday 1st February, 2021, all FireSense Power Cable enquiries will be managed through our Sydney Head Office by a dedicated Power Cable team.
Why the change?
We have centralised the Power Cable division of FireSense from our Head Office to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience for all Power Cable quote requests and orders. With this change, we will not only be able to manage our stock holdings effectively, but we can also ensure pricing and the support we provide remains consistent across all states.
All TPS & Fire Rated Detection cable enquiries will still be handled through each branch.
How does this affect you?
Your main point of contact may have changed, however we have a dedicated team solely committed to all power cable enquiries and requests. Our VIC & QLD branches will still hold limited stock of smaller FR Multicore to assist with demand, however all requests & product enquiries are to be managed through our NSW branch.
